The Greater Toronto Hockey League today released a video, which may be viewed on the GTHL Web Site or on GTHL’s Youtube channel GTHLBreakoutTV, detailing the new Head Contact rule change that will be utilized during the 2011-2012 season. We encourage everyone to view this information as soon as possible.
